  • How to Log on to the Extranet Server from home:
    • FOR WINDOWS XP and WINDOWS 2000 USERS
      - In the username field type username@ipc.qld.edu.au (eg. surna-fm04y@ipc.qld.edu.au)
      - (Or IPCsurna-fm04y )
      - In the password field type your normal Ignatius Park College password.
    • FOR WINDOWS 98 USERS
      - Type your username in the username field
      - Type your password in the password field
      - Type IPC in the domain field.
  • If you cannot get in, you may need to enable active content on your computer.
    • In Internet Explorer, go to tools / internet options / advanced and then look under security.
    • Tick the first 2 boxes to allow active content.
    • Please be aware when doing this that not all Active X Sites on the web are safe.
    • You should always ensure that your home PC has installed and up to date:
      - Anti-Virus software
      - Anti-Spyware Software and
      - the Latest Windows Updates.
