The Edmund Rice Hall is a fully air-conditioned all purpose facility can be used for weddings, exhibitions, examinations and dances.  It seats up to 1500 people conference style or 700 banquet style.

• Theatre style layout in chairs 1500 to 1700 (900 chairs may be available)
• Full kitchen facilities
• Excellent AV equipment, including stereo sound and two large screens for visual presentations (4 metre wide rear projection screens and projector)
• Large stage area
• Large bar area
• 120 tables and 900 chairs included in Semi-Dry hall hire
• Edmund Rice Hall is a non-smoking venue

Security deposit: $550.00 – refunded after hall hand back inspection
1 Day: $1,500.00 + GST
2 Days: $2,250.00 + GST
Bump In / Out: $550.00 per day (if required)

Includes some kitchen facilities (eg: cold room, dishwasher) Bar, Chairs (900), 2.4m Trestle Tables (80), Stage Area, * Audio + 2 Projector Screens

84m2 – Hall stage
Security deposit: $550.00 – refunded after hall hand back inspection
1 Day: $2,200 + GST
2 Days: $3,300 + GST
Bump in / Out: $550 per day (if required)

* Outside of school hours AV support, is at the hirer's expense and should be organised in advance.

All rates are:
• Effective from 1 July 2020
• In $AUD, exc GST. Includes pre-entry cleaning, electricity and use of the Industrial rubbish bin.
• For a 24 hour hire period preferred suppliers are listed below.
• Bookings subject to School event calendar requirements. Bookings for dates 12 months or more in advance cannot be confirmed until finalisation of the school event calendar year to which the booking relates.
