Senior School

Our Senior Curriculum is designed to prepare students for the next phase of their lives, whether it be in tertiary study or the workforce. Ignatius Park College offers a wide range of Queensland Studies General and Applied subjects, along with VET courses to cater for the interests and abilities of all our students.

From 2020 all students in Queensland will graduate under the ATAR schooling system. Results in General and Applied subjects, along with qualifications in VET courses will contribute to the award of a Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE), and may contribute to an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) calculation. No more than one result in an Applied subject or a VET course can be used in the calculation of a student’s ATAR.
